I drove up to the garage door and waited for the Service member to come out(due to them just standing around in the small office) but instead i was greeted by Gabriel and he was very rude from the start. He didn't start with a "hello" or "Good morning" or anything in that Realm of greetings. He starts with "what do you need today" and had a very smug attitude. When I told him I just wanted an oil change because my dashboard and sticker said it was time for a new one he replied with "No you need it just once a year so what do you want to do" and I said "Well I would like an oil change, better safe than sorry" He then let out a sigh and gave me a price in the $80 range and Told me get out and give him my keys. Toward the end of the transaction he DID NOT do what every other service member has done, He did not update me about my brake pads or rotors, he didnt tell me about my Cabin air filter or ant of the other Subjects other Service members have told me in the past. He also did not ask what oil i would like to use for my Vehicle. and on top of that he made a phone call after he called me to the counter to pay and walked outside with saying anything to me. When he entered back in he said they were "staying busy" and if standing around the office and not doing anything is "staying busy' he was 100% correct. I have used this location for many of my previous oil changes because the Workers have been very respectful and Very helpful but this last time has put a sour taste in my mouth.
