Asked him 2 times he answered yes 2 times. He replied because we give you the codes. I said the same thing auto zone and Oriellys does for free? he said yes. I look at the paper work he gave and it’s just a high estimate with no actual codes. Very laughable and this company is stealing 150 dollars from people with a diagnostic fee for repairs that their techs are not even qualified to repair. Called back and asked 3 times what tests were run to give all these diagnostics. He said they put it up and liked under it and ran some test. I asked him again what tests? He said some tests? I said what tests? I said so basically visual look only and he said yes. This is absolutely not ok.

I was pleased with the oil change in all, I did have them change the air filter however when I was checking out the young man informed me that I needed brakes on my back wheels. I told him I would wait on the brakes since he quoted me $500.00 for the brake job. Today I went to Brake Masters and they told me that there was nothing wrong with my back tire brakes!! I believe that the young men at Jiffy Lube lied to me to make money off of me. I will never trust your company again.
