  Go to take 5. I went was empty, today March 2nd 2026. Young man was rude and stated he would not do an oil change. Went to take 5 instead and all of the young gentlemen there was very attentive did the oil change change my air filter and topped off all my fluids. They also encourage me to go back in case I needed to fill any fluids free of charge so if my washer fluid need to be filled I can go over there free of charge along with anything staring fluid oil or antifreeze free of charge they'd fill up. Compare to jiffy lube who refused to service my vehicle. I stand by what I say Go to take five. Better customer service better service.

  They do a great job very knowledgeable and will let you know about any of the work, your car needs done before hand and clearly explain it.

  Not the best oil change service today. I have been to this particular Jiffy Lube located on Lomas herein Albuquerque a few times before. I even tipped the service techs working the floor in a previous visit. I don't know if it were a combination of working on a Saturday & simply a a tough day for one service tech? However, after checking my cabin filter & releasing my car to me, following a much needed oil change, all my papers, etcetera, inside that very same glove compartment were left on the passenger floor upon releasing my car to me. I felt that was distasteful because I never had such treatment in my prior experiences with this particular Jiffy Lube. Maybe that particular service tech needs to be reprimanded or just stop working entirely for Jiffy lube if you can't treat all customers fairly. One star...for one person, that clearly ruins the perception of a business for one customer.

  zero stars. Today I took my car for an oil change, when they return the car to me the driver window wasnt rolling up, I spoke to the manager who was very rude (short guy with Napoleon syndrome for sure) he denied damaging the car so I asked for video evidence they wasted 45 minutes to finally show me nothing, so I demanded to fix it or at least roll the window up, they took the car for another hour and at 6 o clock the manager told me we are close, you can leave the car until tomorrow and we ll charge you $160 for a diagnostic or $80 to roll the window up,.I said no and when I got my car back the whole electric window.system was off... they damaged the whole electric system, none of the windows were working. Corporate is receiving a call tomorrow morning.

  Charged 150 for a break fluid change on 2/10/26. On 2/13/26, I brought my car to the dealership because I felt the breaks were making weird noises, thought maybe there were air bubbles in the lines from the fluid change. The dealership took pictures and showed that the break fluid had clearly not been changed, it was very old. I will be demanding a refund for this service and never returning to this or any Jiffy Lube.
