I always buy the three pack oil changes and take my cars through there every year. Each code on the three pack states it's good for one oil change minus taxes or any additional services. I'm used to paying the five bucks on taxes. This time I used one codeof the three pack I just purchased and it came out that I owed twenty something ... I explained I should just have to pay tax. The worker said "that's what it says you owe, maybe prices increased" I explained I just bought the three pack and the terms state is good for one oil change, I didn't buy any additional services I should just owe the tax. The worker said maybe the prices went up... I personally believe they have the old oil change amount in the price they copy and paste from one screen to the next and that amount wasn't updated when they increased prices. It's now on me to start spending my time emailing and following up just to get the service I already paid for. Ugh.
