    San Mateo and Lomas location I needed my window washers checked. They weren't spraying consistently. I was told that there was a leak in the hose by the connectors. I was given the run around for a week before the correct parts were installed. They blamed it on the suppliers who weren't being consistent in their delivery or access to parts. I asked them to return my car because I had medical appointments scheduled. When they returned my car (prior to fixing anything), I was surprised to find my windshield cracked on the driver's side. I notified them of my concerns. I know that the windshield was not cracked when it arrived for service. They indicated that it would take two hours. I waited about 4 hours. Finally, they said that it would take longer. They had taken one of the mechanisms out and the parts delivered were incorrect. The mechanic had to put things back together. He returned my car to me at my home. This is when I found the additional damage. I checked in every day. They never initiated any calls to provide updates. The manager said that he had to review the cameras to verify that the cracked window was on their watch. I dropped in on Friday. The staff didn't know the status of anything. The manager wasn't on site. They couldn't find the part. I had to wait to see the manager. When the manager arrived about 30 minutes later, he handed me the keys and said the washer mechanism was fixed. I asked about the windshield and he said that it was my peoblem. He had reviewed the tapes and he believed that I brought it in cracked. The video he showed me merely showed a glare on the windshield which he determined to be a crack. There were no clear views otherwise. He refused to take responsibility for the crack. He said they should have charged me more. He never apologized for any of the delays throughout the week. This is the second occurrence of inadequate service at this location. I had been in to have my liquids checked and they replaced a hose for the coolant. Witin 24 hours, my car started smoking under the hood. I was able to drive it to the Jiffy Lube on Wyoming. They determined that the connectors weren't put on correctly, which caused the liquid to spray under my hood. They encouraged me to avoid the San Mateo location. In good faith, I returned to give them a second chance. I made the wrong decision. I will never encourage anyone to use this facility. Additionally, the mechanics that were assisting me were apologetic for the issues that happened daily. They agreed that my situation was a nightmare. I was told not to worry that they would make things right. Obviously, they had no influence in this matter. Do not use this location!
