Of course I have heard of horror stories about chain places ripping off people but since I have retired and am on a strict budget this place has been a Godsend! They tell me exactly what I need and what it will cost. They never try to sell me services I don’t need. They show me the filters and they brush off the dust and say “you don’t need to change them yet” (I had a place before that put vacuum dirt on my filter so I had to replace it!) not this Jiffy Lube, they help me stay in budget and keep my car running!

Also the notification for a service inspection kept popping up although it was done during the oil change. Drove to Jiffy Lube, the young lady there was polite and efficient. They checked my fluids, none were low, and the young man spent 15 minutes trying to figure out how to turn off the service notification, which I couldn’t figure out myself. But all was done and it was a quick and pleasant experience. Appreciate the service!
