This location then tried to turn the same issue into a $1,300+ “required” repair list, including lower ball joints. They claimed the ball joints were “blown out,” but when they showed me the vehicle there was no mechanical play — only a worn boot. They then refused to perform the alignment due to “liability” unless I agreed to replace parts that were not loose. This felt like an upsell tactic designed to pressure customers into unnecessary work. I left without authorizing anything and will not be back.
