  I did not have my oil change there for the reason it was false advertisement for promotion for 39.95 and since I did not have a GM vehicle it went up to 69.99 depending on my filter is what the service writer said instead of honoring the promotion and gain a customer to service my none GM vehicle I will not schedule any vehicle of mine including a GM vehicle I own also that I could of brought to work on there if needed.

  Please read my review with dealership. The employees my wife and I met with treated us like family. I would recommend to all my friends and family how uniquely different Galles Chevrolet team were in making car buying seamless.

  This place is a joke! I feel like the salesman lied to me especially about the service package they wanted to charge me an additional 300$/month when they can't even change a thermostat. ZERO communication that they were keeping my car from friday until Monday just to drop it off at a competent service center. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP Update: Once again, you are not understanding the problem. Trying to sell a warranty advising i can drop off at YOUR DEALERSHIP any time i need service for you to keep my car for 3 days just to tell me your service team is unable to fix it and I need to take to Hyundai is crazy. Do the oil change and advise to take there immediately. Don't take my car THEN ignore call texts and emails to update me is even more crazy. I literally had to harass poor Jackie multiple times to get an answer. I also got dismissed about my concerns by 2 separate people at the dealership when I went to pick up my car. Lastly, why is the used car I have had only 5 weeks that supposedly went through a 10 point inspection (or whatever bs your salespeople lied about) having issues ALREADY? But yes, use your manipulation to try and spin it and yet again take ZERO accountability and making your miscommunication my fault. But Thank you for FINALLY getting back to me. I called multiple times to speak to you and even went down there but you were always preoccupied either at lunch or "on a test drive" conveniently 😂 thank you for proving what a joke this dealership is. Once again DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE

  We just purchased ANOTHER vehicle from Galles Chevrolet… 2026 Traverse. The entire experience from start to finish was absolutely 1st class treatment! From when we walked onto the dealership parking lot and were approached by Zack Montano, who was able to answer every question we had about the Vehicles we were interested in. And when we made a decision on a purchase the higher management were completely involved in the process and they worked with us till WE reached an agreement to purchase! Our sales person Zack Montano went above and beyond to help us get acquainted with and comfortable with our new vehicle after the purchase, he took so much time with us. We are so grateful for this positive experience. I would recommend Galles and especially Zack Montano to anyone looking to purchase a NEW OR USED vehicle.!!!

  I am writing this review to share my extremely disappointing experience with Galles Chevrolet in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I purchased a 2025 Chevrolet Trax on November 16, 2025, and what should have been an exciting first-time purchase turned into weeks of stress, dishonesty, and unresolved issues. Demo Vehicle Misrepresented as New The Trax had 2,786 miles on it during my test drive. I was told it had been used as a demo, but this was never disclosed in writing, never discounted, and the paperwork falsely listed the car as brand new. As a first-time buyer, I trusted the dealership to be honest. Instead, key information was left out to push the sale. Visible Damage & Broken Repair Promises I pointed out dents, scratches, and paint chips before purchasing and made it clear I would only buy the vehicle if all cosmetic issues were fixed. The salesperson, Ramiro, assured me everything would be repaired and the windows would be tinted. That promise was a major reason I moved forward but it was never honored. First Repair Appointment: Poor Quality & No Technician On November 28, the dealership confirmed an appointment for tinting and repairs. When I arrived, the tint technician wasn’t even there. The paint chip repair looked like someone colored it in with a Sharpie, and the dents and scratches were still visible. Even manager Lorenzo admitted the work was unacceptable. Second Appointment: More Broken Promises Lorenzo scheduled another appointment for December 1 at 3:30 PM and personally told me all repairs and tinting would be completed and the car would be delivered to my home the next day. None of this happened. The dealership delayed the work, changed the story repeatedly, and later claimed they “didn’t know” about the promised delivery even though I confirmed it multiple times. Left Without a Vehicle & No Communication I was left without my car longer than expected, and every call resulted in a different excuse. I felt dismissed and ignored throughout the process. Pick Up My Own Car By December 4, I no longer trusted the dealership. I drove back to Albuquerque to pick up my car myself, only to find the same dents, scratches, and paint chip still visible. The vehicle did not look new, despite being sold to me as a new car. Overall This experience left me feeling misled, dismissed, and taken advantage of as a first-time buyer. Galles Chevrolet showed no integrity, no follow-through, and no respect for their customers. I strongly recommend buyers be extremely cautious or simply go elsewhere. Promises made here mean nothing. When you ask to speak with the General Manager, they refuse and simply ignore you.
