  Great place to do business, this team is extremely helpful they take the time to listen and learn what you're looking for. Special shoutout to Miguel that guy really knows his stuff, super knowledgable about their inventory & specs goes above and beyond. Same goes for the manager Shaun that good sir truly went to the moon and back for me. I would do business with them any chance i have because they actually care and are super honest! I would rate 10 out of 10 if i could. Go check these guys out for any need you might have they'll make it super easy for you. Can't say enough good things for how they treated me while i was there.

  I’ve purchased several vehicles from Galles in the past & have always had them serviced their, but recently Galles seems to think squeezing every last penny out of it’s customers is the only way to stay in business. They quote one rate for service, but when the final bill comes it’s much higher. Not much the service techs at the front treat customers like nonsense. No thanks I hope they enjoy that extra $200 they got out of me it will be the last money i ever give them.

  Zack was one of the best car salesmen that I have ever used, we bought a new Silverado from here and he was not pushy, he listened more than he talked, he made every single effort to help us, even when it was in our favor, it felt like he worked for us, not for the dealership. The truck does have an issue with the turn signal mirrors but they have told me I can bring it to get it fixed at any time at no cost to me and as long as that gets honored(no doubt it will be) you’re crazy if you go anywhere other than Galles Chevrolet and choose anyone but Zack.

  This is by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at any dealership. The service advisor at Galles completely ignored every voicemail I left — not one call back in over a month. I had to keep calling and begging for updates and still got nothing. Zero communication, zero professionalism, zero respect for customers. My car sat there for weeks with no explanation, no status updates, and no sense of urgency. It honestly felt like they didn’t care whether I ever got my vehicle back. When I finally managed to get through to someone, they acted like it was my fault for wanting basic information about my own car. Galles needs to seriously reevaluate who they’re hiring to deal with customers. Their service advisors clearly don’t understand what “customer service” means. Ignoring clients is not only rude — it’s completely unacceptable for a business that claims to be reputable. If you value your time, money, or sanity, do not take your car to Galles. They’ll ignore you, keep your car for weeks, and act like they’re doing you a favor. Absolutely disgraceful experience.

  Check Yelp for other similar encounter stories. Bought a truck about a month ago with my wife at this dealership. While the folks there are nice and took really good care of us during the sale, it has been a pain to get anyone to return a call to help us with license plate registration issues. Very frustrating to see they only care about the SALE and Google Reviews to shout out the team for doings a good job. Customer service shouldn't end with the sale. I have called multiple times, and sales sends you to finance manager, who is never there to answer the phone. They took my name, number, and email more than once and I have to continue to follow up after no response. Please fix the deep dark abyss it seems phone calls get lost in.
