  My husband had looked at another vehicle which was to high to afford but we are so thankful for what they found us and what we can afford and we love it Cesar was great and Sergio for finance.but I did mentioned it was low on windshield wipers was told they were going to add and forgot to ask again after spending almost all day with been hungry and needed to pump and didn’t have my stuff with me went and came back to sign and the very next day tire pressure was low I did message sales person if I can bring it in but no answer so I went to auto zone and bought windshield fluid air my tires a discount tires .first owners on a Brad new car feels great I think we got a good deal besides all.

  Have had a truck with 3,000 miles for service for over a month and keep getting the run around and no one call for update have left several voicemails with no return calls. Horrible service. Sad because Galles was a staple in Albuquerque now they are just a joke. I will never buy a car parts or get service there again.

  BAD SERVICE!! MY MOM TRADED IN HER SUV FOR A TRUCK, THE SALESMAN SAID SHE WAS APPROVED, SHE SIGNED PAPERWORK AND GIVEN THE KEYS TO HER NEW RIDE, SHE WAS HAPPY BUT YET A FEW DAYS LATER, GALLES CALLED AND TOLD HER TO BRING HER TRUCK BACK BECAUSE THE BANK DIDN'T FULLY APPROVE!! WHAT THE HECK!! MY MOM WAS IN DISBELIEF, WHY WOULDN'T THEY SAY ANYTHING WHEN ALL THE PAPERWORK WAS IN THE PROCESS?? SO THIS IS LIKE A YOYO SITUATION!! I THINK ITS BAD BUSINESS... THEY MADE MY MOM LOOK BAD AND SHE WAS UNHAPPY WITH THE SITUATION, SO BE CAREFUL IF U ARE BUYING FROM GALLES!!

  Galles was great in the beginning. I have owned two Chevrolet Equinox vehicles from their dealership. The one I presently drive, I use to take my son to school on a daily basis. I really rely on this car to get me where I need. My last visit to Galles, was to have my car serviced. I was told they were backed up, and they could get to my car in about 3 weeks. I don't have time for that. I also considered trading in my 2020 Equinox. And I wanted to see what my options were. The person I spoke to in the sales department didn't have to many good options for me. $10,000 down, or $15,000 down, or take home a brand new 2026 Equinox for $0 down, and $550 a month, and I keep the 2020 I have, along with the payment I got on it. Why? WHY would I want two car payments? When I spoke to my banker, and told him what they offered for my car, he told me they're just low balling you. Well, you low ballers just lost my business. And I won't refer anyone else to Galles Chevrolet.

  Everyone I dealt with was very unprofessional. I called and made an appointment to test drive a new Corvette and a used Camaro. It is a 3 hour round trip for my wife and me. I was told to come in and a Corvette expert would help me. We arrived and were greeted properly. It was down hill from there. The lady that was supposed to meet with us wasn’t available. The young man who was sent over immediately informed me we couldn’t test drive the new or used cars we had appointments to drive. I politely voiced my outrage and we left. Someone called and announced himself as a manager. I immediately let him know I was in no mood to discuss the lack of courtesy I received or the waste of time they caused. He insisted on “making it right “. My volume increased and he matched. We did not use profanity but anger on both sides was escalating. I hung up after the upteenth time he said “you can’t say I didn’t try to make it right”. He used fake empathy and refused to realize “making it right” should have never been necessary. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because he at least called and voiced his unconvincing apology. I own three 2023 Chevys and was about to purchase my retirement car. Never Chevy. I blame the brand for poor training and dealership failures. Guess I will continue to enjoy my Challenger.
