  I had a very very frustrating experience at this Enterprise location while traveling with my fiancé. I reserved an SUV but our flight arrived late, so after landing we called the location to confirm whether our reserved SUV was still available. Because this Enterprise is not located at the airport and requires additional travel to reach, we wanted to DOUBLE CHECK availability before making the trip. During that phone call, the employee acknowledged that we were late but clearly stated that the SUV would be held since he knew we were coming. When my fiancé and I arrived at the location, we were told the SUV had already been rented out because we were late. When we referenced the phone conversation, the employee denied ever saying that and dismissed it as a “miscommunication.” He just kept repeating that we were late and just gave up our car to a random person. He tried to cover it up by saying we’ll get an “upgrade” to a pickup truck. No one wanted a truck and so they only had that on site. How is that an upgrade. That’s making up his mistake with the leftovers. What was MOST FRUSTRATING was the interaction; employee repeatedly blamed on us being late rather than on the incorrect information provided over the phone. If we were told THE TRUTH through the phone then we could’ve booked from a different company AT THE AIRPORT. Instead, we wasted time traveling all the way there just to be scolded by the employee again and again that we were late. The core issue is simple: I relied on what I was told before traveling to an off-airport location. Had I been told the SUV would not be held, I would have made alternate arrangements at the airport rental center and avoided this situation entirely. This experience reflects poor communication, lack of accountability, and extremely disappointing customer service.

My flight arrived late, and after I arrived at the airport, I called the Enterprise location to check whether my reserved SUV was still available. This Enterprise location is not at the airport and requires traveling some distance to reach, so confirming availability was important. During the call, the employee acknowledged that I was late but clearly told me he would keep the SUV since he knew I was coming. When I arrived at the Enterprise location, I was told that my reserved SUV had already been rented out because I was late. When I reminded him of our phone conversation, he claimed he never said that and said there must have been a “miscommunication.” Instead, I was offered a small sedan or a pickup truck that nobody wanted as an “upgrade.” Despite this, the situation was repeatedly blamed on me being late rather than on the incorrect information I was given. The most frustrating part is that I relied on what I was told over the phone before traveling to the off-airport location. If I had been told the SUV would not be held, I would have made different arrangements at the airport rental center. Poor communication and disappointing customer service.
