We couldn’t get us all transported somewhere so my brother and I left to try and get another vehicle. I called multiple Enterprise locations and their roadside service and honestly nobody was any help. We finally ended up at this location and ALEX was amazing. He immediately took action to help us find another van and even got us an Uber to go to the other location where the van was. After being awake all night in the freezing cold and worried about my family and kids sitting on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere, it was a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. He was literally a lifesaver.

I called at 8 a.m. to say I would be delayed, and a woman named Kat told me she had the car all perfectly cleaned and waiting for me, and would happily move my reservation to 10 a.m., and I could delay it again if needed. I called back at 10:10 a.m. to let her know the sale did not go through and I would have to cancel, and she was enthusiastic and understanding and said no problem at all! GREAT customer service! I would definitely rent here in the future, and hope I will have that oppportunity. Thank you, Kat!

They also refused us service! Please hire better people and if you are looking to rent a car do not come here! I had class today and these people wanted to leave me without a car. I HAD A CONFIRMATION NUMBER AND WE HAD DONE THIS IN ADVANCE. These people have NO compassion, HORRIBLE customer service skills, and can't even do their job right even when we had scheduled a rented car!
