  I booked a large premium suv for the week of Christmas. I booked this reservation well in advanced. I booked this before Thanksgiving. 2 days before my reservation this office contacted me and told me to call around for other cars as they had a recall on a lot of their cars. The day before my reservation they called me to tell me they booked me a car. I was also told they would come and pick me up. Then on pick up day they said they don't do that on the weekends. So I had to figure out a ride the day of pick up. On drop off. I had just filled the gas tank. Then dropped it off and hour early. On arrival the sub wouldn't connect to their tablet so she was going to charge me for gas even though the car said it was on full. She told me what I would ve charged. We agreed on a price that was on the reservation even though on pick up I received a credit fory Lyft ride I paid for. But I said you know what. Forget it. Ill take the loss. Them 2 days later I received the charge and found out I was charged a late fee! For an early drop off!! And lastly. I was contacted the day I wash charged to share about my experience andand he agreed to refund the late charge with an additional $100. And get this. HE NEVER DID IT. so here i am a week later trying to get a hold of him and he won't return my call. Your better off renting else where! I know I will be.
