Check in was super fast, car was clean and perfect, and the return was easy. What made this one extra memorable was the return (facilitated by Robert and Tony). Tony very kindly drove my husband and I to the airport. What an amazing courtesy and service! If we are ever back in ABQ, we will be sure to use this Enterprise again. Highly recommend for stellar customer service.

We had a long trip ahead of us, so that wouldn't work for the four of us adults and 1 kiddo. We tried to switch out our rental in Abq.. but no other rental place would help us out.. even with the availability they had. Long story short, we found ourselves in desperate need of a more suitable rental.. which just happened to work out with the incredible help from Laura Vasquez at 120 Lomas. She helped us get from point A to B to C to D.. and with so much patience. I commend her professional and patient demeanor during this whole ordeal.. and would definitely try working with her again if we ever find ourselves in such a predicament. Thank you again, Laura!
