  Enterprise is my usual go to when it comes to car rentals. I always get fast and friendly service. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the vehicle which proved to be roomy and comfortable. I'll definitely be using them again.

  We had the most amazing experience with them.. when we picked up our car they were swapped but they handled it like champs. they worked as a team to get everyone on their way. a big thanks to Lauren

  What is the point of a reservation if they do not provide a vehicle in a timely manner? I booked my car two weeks in advance and I am still sitting in their lobby with no update on when I will have a car after 2 hours! Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that has inventory. Seriously do not have time for this disservice and yet I am still waiting.

  Had a car reserved for 9am weeks in advance. After staff fumbled the paperwork and needed to redo it twice, we are now waiting well past 10am for the car to be brought to the rental location. Staff was completely unapologetic and told us this was "normal" and "just what it is like in a Monday."
