    Always professional, always clean, never hit me with hidden fees. If they don't have the vehicle I asked for, they tend to upgrade for free. LOVE this place.

    The car was great. Returning car was different. We expected to be checked out in person and have an option to receive a receipt in person. I went into the small office to ask. The associate indicated we had 30 minutes grace from our drop off time to not be charged for another day. I asked for a receipt which has yet to be sent for the return of the car.     The entire process was from rental to return was perfect. Everyone was courteous. The young man at the airport helped me find a truck that would fit my very tall size. He went the extra mile!

    I rented a car at Albuquerque Sunport and returned it on North Rancho in Las Vegas, NV. This was my third one-way trip. As usual, it was an effortless and very pleasant experience on both ends! Chester, on North Rancho in Las Vegas, NV, was so friendly and kind, the type of person I'd like to be good friends with! We found the car manuals with the spare tire. I had googled how to use cruise control, etc. since I couldnt find the book. I was very impressed with this new Toyota Camry and we were exploring the trunk space before I relinquished it to him. Anyway, I will always rent from Enterprise.
