  I rent vehicles often from enterprise and just so happened to use the airport location this time. I returned the vehicle on Sunday evening and forgot my jacket and a very sentimental item in the vehicle and when I went on Monday they told me it should be in the lost and found but I would need to come back so I went back on Tuesday and they were still unable to check the lost in found they said the manager would be on Thursday so I went back and was treated like complete trash. The manager would hardly look at me and was very rude in the way he spoke to me and the tone he took with me. He said they did not have my property and wouldn’t give me an explanation as to why bc I know it was still in the car when it was returned. I could not believe how disrespectful the manager James Cordova was to me and how he treated me as a paying customer. I will never return to the airport location again! K would suggest to steer clear from here as my things were stolen out of the vehicle and never returned to me.

  I have always had good experiences with Enterprise! This time around it was once a good one. Ease of making a reservation to returning the car. Friendly staff on pick up and return. The Jetta ran well and was clean. Price I paid was what I expected. No Surprises with Enterprise’

  So happy with everything at this Rent-A-Car facility in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Everyone was so nice and pleasant to work with. The car was clean and even though they had a lot of customers they got us through very quick. Zero issues and I would definitely use enterprise Rent-A-Car again. Everyone works very well together like a well oiled machine. Great job everyone..

  **Update** I contacted their customer service like the "Enterprise Owner) asked me to in the comments. The customer service agent agreed that the damage claim sounded fraudulent, since it literally never hails in the areas where the car was when I had it. She then advised me that she would pass along my information to the Albuquerque Enterprise manager. Well, I have not heard back from Chris M. (whoever that is, because the agent had no idea who that was either) or anyone else from Enterprise. So on top of the "damage claim" being a scam, so are the comments. The best option for me, as a consumer, is to never give my business to Enterprise and to warn everyone I know about my experience with them. I had to rent a vehicle from Enterprise in August 2025 due to an emergency that required me to travel out of state. Unfortunately, this turned out to be the worst car rental experience I’ve ever had. When I picked up the vehicle, I conducted a quick visual inspection and didn’t notice any damage. There was also no visible damage when I returned it. However, a few days after dropping it off, I received a notice claiming that the car had hail damage. It’s important to note that it never rained—much less hailed—while the vehicle was in my possession. Despite this, Enterprise stated that they had checked weather reports from my area and claimed that hail had occurred. I tried to dispute the $3,000 bill they sent me for the alleged damages, but in the end, I was forced to pay the full amount. Suffice to say, I will never rent from Enterprise again. In the future, I will always record video documentation of the vehicle during pickup and return to protect myself. I highly recommend that others do the same—but I cannot, in good conscience, recommend renting from Enterprise based on my experience.

  What a great customer experience the Enterprise ABQ Airport staff delivered. We arrived (with a reservation) on the heels of the big balloon fest which left very few cars in the lot to choose from that particular afternoon and a moderate wait. An unusual but understandable situation. Yet, within 24 hours, we had an unexpected and gracious email from Marshall V, followed up in a few days with one from Cottrell F., both concerned about the delay we had. In fact, each employee we came in contact with on the lot - Travis, Allison and Kaitlynn - was pleasant and helpful. Just another example of why Enterprise leads the pack among car rental companies. They are easy to work with and go way beyond the standard to ensure customer satisfaction.
