We were not given a choice of car and were stuck in a tin can after experiencing a car accident, it was very traumatizing. After expressing our needs we were completely ignored and handed off to another employee who told us he couldnt help us because the original employee who left didnt fill him in. Every employee interaction was done with a smile but no customer service. It was a digesting diaplay of indifference. We live in the east mountains and the car they forced us to take had no clearance and we repeatedly got stuck in the rutts of the road. These employees do not care about their customers. I will never EVER return to this location and i highly suggest that you stay clear of this location if you want to be treated right or even get basoc customer service. After complaining about our situation the employee did absolutely nothing to correct these huge mistakes. Shame on these employees and this company!
