- MMMister MikeyOct 31, 20255.0Our experience with this location of Enterprise went very well overall, there were a couple things that could potentially be improved upon. Skyler was awesome - he took great care of us the day before when checking in and also during rental pickup. He is very professional and polite. Upon pickup the car was given to us nice and clean, the previous renter had returned the vehicle with 3 gallons of gas, so we drove to Circle K to fuel up. On our way over to fuel up the low tire pressure warning appeared on the screen. As it turned out the tire pressure was slightly low on all the tires (between 27 and 29 psi, supposed to be 35) which may be attributed to the seasonal change into winter. 2025 Sonata, great gas mileage and features, it did well on our trip. On our way back we ended up with a tire puncture however - a large screw was embedded in the tire, as well as a smaller one nearby. I called the dealership but was unable to get anyone to pickup (likely busy), and I eventually got connected to Enterprise customer service, who I then notified that we had a bad tire and had changed to the spare, which would impact our scheduled time to return the vehicle (limited to 50mph on spare). We made it to Enterprise with 5 minutes to spare. The manager was very understanding about the situation, and she did an amazing job getting us taken care of, and also arranged us a ride home from one of their employees. One other note is that we had a warning light for low washer fluid, which turned out to be empty unfortunately, though thankfully we didnt end up needing to use it during out trip. If its possible to ensure more attention to these sorts of details, I feel the experience would be made better, something to work towards improving. Despite all this we still feel things went well overall, and the customer service experience especially was top notch from all involved.
