  I hope his name right but his name is James outstanding customer service well mannered and professional works very well under pressure and gets to everyone feels like your more than a customer your an individual definitely will be renting at the lomas location in Albuquerque for my next rental need

  It was my 1st time renting a vehicle. Skyler at the Lomas location was amazing. It was fast and easy. Will definitely rent from there again.

  I was very disappointed from the beginning … First things first they didn’t Honor my reservation (due to insurance claim) they said it was scheduled for 3:30, But had no cars available, then asked me to come back by 5:00, secondly had a Nissan Rogue (2025) - which eventually came up with a computer malfunction, which resulted in not having the engine start, I had to have it towed to the Airport… next day which was New Years got a new vehicle the Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross , trunk failed to work… and lastly they said they’d let me know 2 days before my return date , didn’t tell me till yesterday that the car was due Tuesday . Very unprofessional…. Don’t come to this location if you want to be strung along by staff ….

  READ 1 STAR REVIEWS Horrible experience. I had a 10:00 a.m. appointment to pick up my rental through my insurance's preferred provider. However when I showed up at 10:00 a.m. I was told by the representative helping me that they tried reaching me to tell me set my vehicle was not available. I don't know how they tried to reach me. I received a voicemail the night before confirming my appointment. After arriving they told me that the vehicle would probably be available after 12:30. However upon calling them at 12:30 I was told that they could not give me a definite time the vehicle would be available for pickup. The guy told me that he was going to inquire and find out and would call me back in 5 minutes. However that didn't happen and I never received the call, so I called my claim adjuster and had them book me a car which was ready for me at Hertz. Now I wanted to go to the Enterprise because it was close to my home. However a lack of reliability and professionalism ensures that I will never utilize Enterprise. After reading some of the other one-star reviews it seems as though my story isn't uncommon. It's unfortunate. I'm sure that there will be a nice little response from them. Unexcusable. Below you'll see a very concerned response asking me to log into their site and give them more information. It's a shame that they don't do any research in regard to my booking. It must be in the computer, right? A weak effort to do nothing at all about what's occurred
