  November 11, 2025 3:23 pm This was my first visit to this location. I had made a reservation several days prior and was a little unnerved that my full size sedan (not an SUV) reservation was not ready as available. I was informed that vehicles being returned were in need of services such as oil changes…etc. while that may be the case it is also a very carefully chosen excuse that cannot be contested. Although I was highly annoyed, I got over it as there were other people in my position and we all waited patiently. My wait time was over two hours as management and staff had to go to the airport to get vehicles. During my wait time in the showroom I watched as the bearded gentleman who was manning the counter was overrun with phone calls and clients. He was doing an excellent job multitasking and I could see why it was difficult for me to get them on the phone when I tried calling earlier in the week. While watching him interact with clients it became PAINFULLY obvious that he needed to grab a page out of a thesaurus for the word “Perfect”. Every transaction he used the word “perfect” no less than two times per transaction. This is the same word you’ll find being overused at many Starbucks as well. While I’m not knocking the him, I just think using such a word after getting the phone number, verifying an address, confirming a statement…etc. yeah…You get the idea. Finally a batch of cars arrived and the manager Lauren was able to personally go over the vehicle with me and finalize the transaction. She went through the motions and got me squared away. I will also say that she is a woman of her word. In conclusion, have patience when using this location, acknowledge that the staff can be busy and maybe overwhelmed, depending on the circumstances. They are courteous and professional people that need to be recognized for their efforts. I would like to thank them for getting the job done, even if in the midst of serious delays.

  Very friendly staff. Easy pickup location. Dropped me off where I needed to be after I returned the car. Reasonable rates. Will rent from Enterprise again.

  We rented a truck with towing capabilities. We had an unfortunate accident with our SUV while on a camping trip and needed a reliable vehicle to tow our travel trailer while our car was in the shop. Eva and the team at Enterprise couldn't have been more congenial and obliging as they guided us through the process, explaining charges, how the equipment worked, etc. We felt we were in very good hands as we drive off with a shiny new 2025 Silverado. Everything worked flawlessly! When we returned the pickup, not only were we reimbursed for the time not used (we returned early) but felt we got an extraordinary deal on mileage. We highly recommend Enterprise and in particular the seamless customer service we received with Eva. Thanks so much, guys!

  Lauren and her colleague (young brunette from Hawaii - so sorry I'm blanking on their name) helped me out so much on my bachelorette/wedding week and weekend. They saved me a lot of stress but helping me out and providing fantastic customer service. My wedding went that much better because of their support! Thank you to both of these wonderful, friendly, professional individuals! <3

  Lauren and the young lady that just started were so nice and friendly! Very professional and polite. Lauren has fantastic customer service skills and the new young lady was so amazing and I saw her literally running around trying her best to provide fast customer service. And the young man that helped me return the car was very nice and professional as well. Thank you.
