  Excellent experience at Enterprise Car Sales. I purchased a 2024 Honda Accord and the entire process was smooth and stress free. Chad was especially kind and helpful, and his brother was very friendly as well. Virginia and Sam were also great and made sure everything went perfectly. Truly appreciate the professionalism and care from the whole team. Highly recommend!

  My spouse and I purchased a vehicle at Enterprise Car Sales in ABQ NM on Dec. 26, 2025. The selection process, drive test and purchase process was very easy and without issue. The sales rep. Chad, was knowledgeable, answered questions, gave suggestions and walked us through the process calmly and professionally. Other staff at the dealership were friendly and helpful as well. I have one small issue, and it is about a feature on the automobile we purchased, namely, Adaptive Cruise Control. The trim level of the auto indicated it did have this feature, but unfortunately after reviewing YouTube videos and reading the owner manual it appears this feature is not on the vehicle. This is a disappointment, but not a deal breaker. I would highly recommend this location for others to consider when purchasing a vehicle. It offers good service, good products and great prices.

  Don’t buy here or even entertain any offers ! They will offer you one trade in value and then when you go to sign pull the rug and change their offer. Slimy tactics. Stay away!!!!! Sam is the one that try’s to pull wool over your eyes be careful.

  Great experience with Enterprise car sales, if you are looking for a quality used car this is the place to go. Well maintained vehicles at a good price point and helpful sales staff.

  DONT BUY HERE. I purchase a used 2023 car from them in April. I noticed an issues with the Apple play audio system right away. They assured me there were no issues. The issues continued and only got worse. They ignored my concerns. The windshield was also cracked. And poorly fixed. Which wasn’t included in the “damage” I was informed about. So they replaced the windshield and claimed the Apple CarPlay was reprogrammed yet the issues never stopped. They only continued to get worse. I was told that if the issues continued they would have Ford replace a part. Ford refused to replace the part. And Enterprise claims they’re trying to get Ford to cooperate but they’ve literally don’t nothing to fix this. They have literally done nothing to resolve the issue, sold me faulty car that was faulty and caused dangerous driving conditions, from DAY ONE. It’s been almost eight months and they’ve done nothing more to correct this. Empty promises and lies every time I reach out. They will also avoid my calls and refuse to return my calls until I call incessantly. Then they lie to me and promise me they’re staying on top of it and will get it fixed. EIGHT MONTHS. I told them to take the car back and they refuse. They sold me a faulty car that doesn’t have a working Apple play system and I still have to deal with this every day, and rely on needing gps and hands free work calls but cannot do things safely because of Enterprise selling a faulty car and refusing to fix it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.
