    Perry was truly remarkable I was on a road trip and came in. I had almost no money, but I knew I needed to have a diagnostic. He not only changed the battery on my remote, but he did a full diagnostic with hooking my car up to see what was wrong and he checked my tires gave me all the information I needed and I did not have to pay anything. This is above and beyond what a Volvo dealership has ever done for me in the three years I’ve owned my Volvo. I sure hope that this comes back onto him in life thank you thank you thank you.

    Beware dealership creates a purchase order with your information and they call it a deal summery ! Print out deal summery and on print preview minimize to 45 % and you will get a purchase order ! Also dont forget about the truth in lending act ! “The sum of all charges shall be the interest charge” that means insurance should be included at no cost to you whatsoever !!! Things you need to know ……. *What is a blank endorsement ? *What is a retail purchase agreement ? *What is consumer credit transaction for personal and household use ? Read the nm motor vehicle finace act !

    Be cautious of the deceptive practices and unfair practices and be advised dealer creates a purchase order using your personal information you provide when attempting to get quote this is what corley creates from that info and conveintly they just so happen to redact phone number from purchase order showing intent. Dealer said they dont take purchase orders ! Lol UCC 1-308. These guys have been denying me my dream truck for over a year all the while creating purchase orders with my trademarked property. Thats theft and deceptive unfair practices unjust enrichment etc . Unacceptable ! Ask your dealer if your insurance is supposed to be included in your car payment at no cost to you whatsoever. Its the law ! “The sum of all charges shall be the interest charge” ! Fact. Nm 55-1-308 Nm 55-3-603 18 USC 8 12 USC 411 Whats a security interest ? Blank endorsement ? Assignment of rights 52-232.23. Read truth in lending act .

    Had a horrible experience with TEN. After days of reaching out without any response back from anyone at this dealer I was able to get her on the phone. I was calling about a used car they had on the lot she asked me what I was looking to spend on a car. The number I gave was a fair price that I had been able to reach with every dealer I’d worked with, in other words I absolutely did not low-ball. She then LAUGHED INTO THE PHONE. She proceeded to name a price WAY ABOVE THE MSRP FOR A BRAND NEW CAR OF THIS KIND. Horrible saleswoman. Would not be surprised if she payed all these reviewers to give her 5 stars.
