- DTDon TravisFeb 4, 20263.0We have a phone company work truck with an extendable bucket mounted to an Ford F-450, the hydraulic hoses burst so we searched and contacted Clark Equipment, after explaining our issues, we handed them the truck for an estimate, 2 weeks later, we had our estimate and approved the work, 2 weeks became 1 month and we tried to contact for an update but had little luck in receiving an answer, after 2 months and phone tag, we drove to them to ask about the hold up, we were given the sad story of "we have been so busy", it was after that meeting we received a renewed commitment to finishing our truck, 3 months later, we picked up our truck in working condition.

They were able to get the original filter off and helped with installing the new filter. We had a few hiccups but the guys at this company are genuinely hard working fellas and are staying on top of things to get us up and running with the auxiliary fuel tank.

We were referred to Clark and they gave us priority service and fixed everything under warranty and had us back in business quickly. Highly recommend this guys for all you truck equipment needs. Bravo.
