Salesman did not listen or bother to understand a cash customer. Was very disappointed that I got a D- player to work with me. I am still interested in my purchase perhaps a senior sales professional can help me.

The service and parts departments do not answer calls when customers are trying to confirm whether an item is in stock, which forces an unnecessary trip to the store. Upon arrival, customers are unable to use the online coupon code at checkout unless the order is placed online, and even then, it does not appear in their system until the following day. This process is inefficient and inconvenient. While the coupon issue is frustrating on its own, the lack of professionalism and courtesy from the cashier made the experience even more disappointing. It is extremely frustrating that Camping World is often the only local option for RV parts, as customer service should be a higher priority.

I have only driven by this location PULLING an RV .
I have heard about the controversy about the flags, in Michigan.
Not all people feel that way.
As for me, THIS entire photo speaks America!
Thanks Camping World!!

We wanted to replace our older jayco travel trailer, Marc was the key to accomplishing that daunting task. My husband and I had lots of questions and were very careful. Marc showed us options that met our needs, without wasting our time looking at units unnecessarily. Marc and camping world worked hard to see that we got the deal we needed. We decided on the 22' forest river, and we love it.
We don't often meet a true gentleman like Marc these days, it was a pleasure working with him. Also, I want to thank him for being accommodating to our particular needs, and most importantly acknowledge his service to our country.

We bought a 2025 Keystone cougar model 320RLS on December 28, 2025 from Camping World® in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
List of things that went wrong on the first day;
Refrigerator light freezer light neither one works. Trim fell off the dining room table in transit.
We had to add batteries to the remote controls for the TV and the flame fireplace because the service department never checked out details before selling the unit to us.
A walk-through was offered for a price I refused to pay $2995 for the walk-through which included many items that I already owned and the salesman KC said that he offered a walk-through for a lower price which I don’t remember hearing.
We never got a walk-through because they scheduled a pick up so late in the day that Casey our salesman left. Casey left before he could come and say goodbye and offer any information about the details of owning this new fifth wheel camper. The most important satisfaction disappointment is when it got dark out, and they wanted to lock their gates and we were still moving items from our trade in trailer. They didn’t offer any help moving mattresses while they sat and watched us without offering any help. My wife and I moved the mattress from the trade-in and the mattress from the new fifth wheel into each other’s units by ourselves.
We received a good price and refused the $2995 support package because it was an excessive amount of money for items that we did not need. Don’t expect any follow up phone calls they have ignored us since the purchase.
