I have stepped away and called again a half hour after hanging up since they seemed busy... and hour.. and I am STILL put on hold!! I have one small question that could be answered so quickly. Here I am giving them the benefit of the doubt and realize they just wont prioritize answering calls between customers. I even hung up after 15 minutes, called back and they just hung up... immediately called with my brothers phone, they pick up and just put it on hold. I live 30 minutes away and this is the only location that has my parts. And it seems from several reviews here they do this often.
