I decided to stop by Autozone on universe to see if they could help me. One of the managers (I believe her name was Holly or Molly) was amazing and knew her stuff on vehicles (even more than the other male employees) she assisted the other workers in helping installed my new battery in a matter of minutes. Will definitely be going back to this location because of her and I highly recommend! The customer service is outstanding!!!

I originally stopped at O'Reilly's across the street to replace my car battery for a 2023 Toyota Camry. When I walked in the employee looked up my vehicle and immediately told me that he couldn't replace it because "it would take too much time and it was too complicated". He didn't even take the time to look at my car. I decided to stop by Autozone on universe to see if they could help me. Customer service was amazing and they installed my new battery in a matter of minutes. Will definitely be going back to this location and will not be returning to O'Reilly's. Highly recommend!

I recently had an experience at AutoZone that truly restored my faith in customer service, and it was all thanks to Sergio Medina.
I came in to purchase car oil to do my own oil change, feeling confident and prepared — until I realized I completely forgot that I didn’t have the right tools to actually get the job done. I was frustrated and honestly a little embarrassed. That’s when Sergio stepped in.
Not only did he notice I needed help, but he generously offered to use his own personal tools to help me — during his lunch break. He absolutely did not have to do that. He could have easily told me to come back later or purchase additional items, but instead, he chose to go above and beyond in a way that truly shows his character.
Sergio didn’t just help me with a transaction; he made sure I was taken care of. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to sacrifice his own break time to assist a customer speaks volumes about the kind of employee and person he is. That level of dedication is rare.
AutoZone is incredibly fortunate to have someone like Sergio Medina representing their company. Employees like him are the reason customers return and recommend businesses to others. He goes above and beyond for every customer, and in my opinion, the company should treat him above and beyond as well. Recognition, appreciation, and advancement would be more than deserved.

Needed a new battery for my car , stopped by at Autozone and they went above and beyond to get me taken care of (car was a bit complicated ). Sergio had exceptional customer service and Kasy was super knowledgeable and changed out my battery quickly. They were very professional and explained everything very well.
