Gave me a long drawn out story about how they can’t remove and would be liable if it gets broken, and then refused to let me do it myself cause “there’s a potential” I won’t return it. Manny the manager was the main one that gave no type of help. I even requested to pay to the get one screw removed but I was told to buy a set, do it myself and then do a return.
