This man is honest , patient, makes you feel like family thats hes trying to help. He takes time to listen patiently and seek resolve to any of your questions or concerns and literally walks you down the aisles and points you to whatever you needs, all while calm, polite, and graciously doing it with a smile. This is exactly the type of person that must be in a leadership or management road. I use to go to all the other surrounding, not to name the competition but after visiting this store 3 times, I couldn't dream of going anywhere else. You are very much noticed sir and please continue to be your warm, kind,and inviting self.Must have at this location but definitely need to be in a leadership role because you are absolutely that.

- ATAngie TAug 4, 20251.0Went in to get some transmission fluid and some young kid goes back and grabs a bottle which seemed to be broken or opened and was leaking everywhere. Proceeds to charge me for it after I said is that open? He then replies, “yeah man, I don’t know? It’s the last one” and as he tries to twist the cap back on with the seal so obviously broken. He sprays me with all the oil all over my hands and all over my shirt, ruining my shirt. Reacting like any person would jumping back and saying oh my gosh, he doesn’t even say I’m sorry or even offer me a paper towel or anyway to clean myself up. I proceed to tell him I will not be purchasing that and ask him for a paper towel. I must say the type of people you guys are hiring. Your company has gone down the tubes. The sad part is he was wearing some type of badge that said he was either a supervisor or somebody higher in charge. I will not be returning. Went next-door to O’Reillys, and they were so incredibly helpful and professional. They will have my business from here on out.
