They would not sell me a battery because they NEEDED all the car info(i didnt know year, not my truck) and my full name and contact info. He argued with me and refused to even look or attempt to put in a random year or make. Said they needed my info for the "warranty". Clearly doesnt know how 12v batteries work, but likes to argue like he does so he can upsell and take your information for marketing. I believe paul (could be wrong)was his name. Autozone was my go to, but i will never be back after this. Went to advanced auto off of jefferson, had a smooth and easy experience with no BS. Lady at the front knew the battery type as soon as i set it on the table
