This location hasn’t been the best location but I had the worst experience dealing with them. My daughter went in on 10/30 and from there it went down hill from not knowing what they are doing to being super rude and inconsiderate making my daughter feeling frustrated. Yes I wasn’t happy I had to get another battery from somewhere else they wouldn’t check to see if they had it anywhere other then there and then when I went back later on asking about the battery light before I had called and the unprofessionalism of answering the phone I thought I had called someone’s cell phone. The one kid there seemed dumb founded amd couldn’t answer my question the manager came out and not very helpful either didn’t want to check the battery to make sure it was on correctly and maybe see anything that could still be causing the battery light on he told me I needed to take it to the mechanic.Loren is the worst manger I don’t know who hired him to be a manager or an employee to be exact worst attitude ever never will go back there . No I didn’t expect him to fix my car but at least have some answers. He needs to learn from the Montgomery location how to be a manager and be helpful.

Krystal and Mark provided exceptional assistance. Krystal thoroughly explained the issue, while Mark assisted me with the check engine light. Krystal successfully obtained the necessary replacement part, and Krystal deserves a raise for his contributions.
