    Kevin at the Montgomery was STELLAR! He not only replaced the car batter that we needed, but he also solved the issue that we were previously given the wrong model of battery. He was so friendly when replacing the battery and took the time to teach me about it as well! We were so lucky that the Autozone on Candelaria turned us away and sent us to this gentleman instead!

    I had to go to this location after having the worst experience at the Louisiana location Kevin store manager was super helpful he went above and beyond to help with my car problem which included a battery and other issues it was even a little bit passed closing when he finished helping me . Now that’s is what you call customer service I didn’t expect them to fix my car but all his help was 10/10. This what you call a manager. 😄👍I will definitely be doing business here again they never let me down.

    Anthony G at the Montgomery location 2249 went above and beyond for me. I have an injury and am unable to get the new battery in and out. Anthony took great care if me and made sure installation was perfect. He even ran another test on my charging system. Friendly, helpful and courteous. Highly recommend this location! Well this is a job I normally do myself, I physically could not and Anthony was there for me.

    Staff are incompetent and couldn’t process an online order receipt. I went to 1st store and they shipped it BACK to me so then I went to the store by my house, there the guy who was helping got it to pull up but then cancelled it because it said store credit or override he then calls his manager who said that he should’ve overrode it to give me back my $. After that it wasn’t pulling up again so they told me to COME BACK tomorrow morning when the store manager would be there, when I got there I told the guy up front I needed to speak to the store manager which he totally ignored what I was saying and tried pulling it up which I told him again that it will not pull up I need the manager the manager finally comes up and says yeah since it’s over 30 days it won’t pull it up, however we can still return it we would just have to give you cash. He then walks away and I ask the other employee who is still trying to pull it up what do I do then can you return it or am I just standing here? He then replies well he said we’d have to give you cash and we don’t have &160…??? So I ask if I need to go to another store and he then ask me if it had gone into my account when I tried returning it the 1st time, obviously not because they sent it back to me?!!! He then says we’ll take it back there and maybe they can let you know if it’s been processed or not… I am so frustrated!! The package hasn’t even been opened.. and I have a receipt and it’s this hard to return it!!? Both stores said they’ve never done an online return when it literally says to return it to the store and have no deadline. They have no training or very little and zero communication skills. Save your time and order off of carparts.com
