They couldn’t find my information. worked at autozone as a parts sales manager for 4 years i know that sometimes you have to dig a little deeper to find what you need to find to get the customer his parts swapped out. They attempted to look for a couple min seemed like they didn’t want to deal with and told me to call the 1-800 number. Had to drive out of my way to bridge location an everything went smooth.
