We took our battery to get charged around 3 this afternoon. We went back at 6 to get our battery and instead of getting "help" our battery had not even been charged or dealt with. I get that there may have been a lot of batteries to charge, but what was not appreciated was the unprofessionalism and language. My husband was asked if he knew which was his battery. After my husband said no, but provided the service ticket, the employee started cussing as if it was a burden to good look for the battery. Also, last week, we had gone in to look for a radiator hose. The man who was helping us as well as another employee were doing their jobs. But 3 other employees came in. 2 of them were using inappropriate language and not helping at all with customers. I found it very upsetting that the man helping us had to tell them to get out and help out while doing his best to not get frustrated. To the 2 MEN who were doing their jobs, thank you for your help and trying to help us by calling other stores.

Went in today to warranty swap some pads for my truck and I’ve done this time a time again. Have had the warranty under the same Phone number for years an years. They couldn’t find my information. worked at autozone as a parts sales manager for 4 years i know that sometimes you have to dig a little deeper to find what you need to find to get the customer his parts swapped out. They attempted to look for a couple min seemed like they didn’t want to deal with and told me to call the 1-800 number. Had to drive out of my way to bridge location an everything went smooth.
