I bought these items in hope to replace my front-right strut today. Says it was ready for pick up. When I got to the store, they had neither item. So they ultimately had to refund my money back to my account. And it doesn’t come back instantly. So I will have to wait to wait at least a few more days to even buy it normal price. Screwed out of a Black Friday deal when I needed it the most. AutoZone failed. One star for the girl who tried to help, but couldn’t. Otherwise I’d give 0 stars. Also, apparently Michael Trujillo IS AutoZone and refused to give me a refund for the strut I purchased. AutoZone says I can exchange it to any AutoZone. Michael Trujillo and his team who are AutoZone. Based on him telling me I have to go to the AutoZone on Zuni to get my refund. But according to these screenshots I can take them any location. AutoZone or “AutoZone” is lying.
