Despite having everything required, they refused to provide service. When I asked for the employees’ names, they laughed, which was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. This was my first negative experience at this location, and it’s disappointing because it’s the closest one to me. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will now have to travel farther to receive proper customer service. I hope management addresses this issue so other customers do not have a similar experience.
