- NPNorge PeñaFeb 1, 20261.0Today I was in this store. I approached an employee in an aisle with two items in my hand to ask for his opinion, but he pretended not to see me. When I finally got his attention, he simply pointed to the cash registers. I should mention that I was the only customer at that time of day, around 1:00 pm. Confused by his attitude, I asked him, "Are you an employee?" to which he replied, "Yes." I commented, "You're a great employee, you're very pleasant." I went to the cashiers and asked who the manager was. To my surprise, they pointed to the very person who had ignored me in the aisle. I decided to leave and never return to that place with such a bitter and rude manager.

Both Jayden and Jordan helped us, and what very very nice gentlemen they are!! The fob was too difficult for me to open, and they kindly did that and installed the new battery. They were so friendly and professional! AutoZone is very blessed to have both of them as employees, and anytime I need parts that's where I will go, because of Jordan and Jayden. Thank you very much! They really are a bright spot in the South Valley!!
