  Vehicle was excellent. Check in was terrible. Top of line ski rack. No one knew it was installed improperly or how the locking system worked. Held us up by at least an aggravating 1/2 hour. Probably longer A maintenance person had to come reinstall the unit.

  i had a bad experience with Alamo 20 years ago and avoided them since then until this time. More recent rentals, from other companies, in other cities, have just been nasty, icky cars. This rental was great! Pickup at ABQ was easy and quick. Car was almost brand new, <1000 miles, perfectly clean. Next time I'll inquire to see if you have any Audi/BMW/Mercedes available. Thanks!

  pick up experience is extremely complicated if you are not arriving by air. there is no signage whatsoever for rental pick up, only for drop off. in the end, though staff was baffled, all cery polite and helpful according to their capacity.

  We had excellent help at the Albuquerque, NM airport rental. We had a transmission problem with the rental car. I called the rental agency and we had no problem with trading it for another rental. A Dodge Durango, which had heated seats, steering wheel and 3 rows of seats! It was huge. We were grateful for the upgrade.
