- AMAleta MasonJan 5, 20263.0Theyre testing a battery for me Told me they'd give me an answer the next day Its now 6 days and 5 phonecalls later Female manager was cool in person but never calls me back The last time I called I was she wouldn't be there for 2 days The employees claim to know nothing so if manager isnt available or wont call u, youre out of luck. I would guess its NOT corporate policy to have no records for employees to look up so they can tell u status So apparently they had gotten an answer from continental battery but didn't bother to let me know I found out only cause I called them for SEVENTH time They said battery is covered by warrantee so u can come get a new one I now dont trust them so I called again to simply ask if they were RESERVING one for me n if my name is on it The female manager answered n an employee jumped on phone, spunding agitated or nervous n said we already called n said we have a battery 4 u I said no I only found out coz I called YOU You NEVER have called me I said I need to know if its RESERVED 4 me b4 I drive down from mountains He argued back n forth Female manager said nothing n let him run the conversation as he acted like I was the problem Ill see what corporate thinks of the way they run things

I ended up getting helped by a man named Sean and he was very cordial and told me that my battery had a bad fuel cell. He also helped me notice that I had a warranty that was still valid and able to be utilized. It saved me the trouble of getting a new battery out of pocket and I was able to leave knowing I got good service and a good battery. Would definitely come back again. Friendly vibes.

Everything got figured out and I walked out with what I needed.. I will be driving all the way from the west side to the store on Juan Tabo.

No i didn't loose hope in finding her that part( organ) a flex plate..... new guy former electrician kept at it. Then some else found it.. I rarely give 5 stars for service jobs..( cuz most don't try)....... the only negative truthful was when the lady says " will call u when the part arrives" for some reoson she i believe her lol...

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
