  Needed some pads for an 09 odyssey they just happened to be another store close that had the party in stock. The staff was super helpful and got everything I needed to do the job and the parts matched. I did notice the pads didnt come with the clips not sure if that hardware Is sold separately as a newer trend but the pads were good price and got me back on the road while I was here from out of state.

  Victor was in particular the most helpful, I really appreciate that he took the time to come out and check my battery even if it wasn’t dead. And he even went as far as taking me through each aisle in the store to make sure I get exactly the products and items needed. Give him a raise!

  I changed my rating because I'm pretty disappointed in the past couple times I've been in. The employees there are rude and it's unacceptable that they treat people in the manner they especially when working in customer service!!! This isn't related to the employee in the first review. Im upset about there isn't good employees like the manager Holly in my original post. I can say I won't be going back. I decided to stop by Autozone on universe to see if they could help me. One of the managers (I believe her name was Holly or Molly) was amazing and knew her stuff on vehicles (even more than the other male employees) she assisted the other workers in helping installed my new battery in a matter of minutes. Will definitely be going back to this location because of her and I highly recommend! The customer service is outstanding!!!
