  Never been to this location buy was in the area. Stopped to get an unpainted battery post connector thing. Guy behind the counter said what aisle they were in followed by, they are different sizes you need the old one to get the right size. I left and went to the one on Zuni, my usual store. Gentleman took me right to the UNIVERSAL post terminal connectors. When I asked about different sizes he said they are universal just need a positive one or a negative one. Zuni location walked me to the item and then showed me they are all the same just positive or negative painted or unpainted. Central location had me leave with more questions and no solutions other than to bring in the old one. Can't drive if I take off the old one sir!

  I have never written a bad review in my life but ots gotten to the point that I prefer driving a long way to go to a different auto zone. Its everytime i go to this store and the associates always have bad attitudes and manner. Yesterday was the worst experience I had since i walked through the door I felt unwelcome , I asked for help and they kept ignoring me and when someone did help me they had the biggest attitude.

  Bad customer service, gave the bare minimum on request to help with removing a screw for my license plate. Gave me a long drawn out story about how they can’t remove and would be liable if it gets broken, and then refused to let me do it myself cause “there’s a potential” I won’t return it. Manny the manager was the main one that gave no type of help. I even requested to pay to the get one screw removed but I was told to buy a set, do it myself and then do a return.
