On 3/18/2026, I entered the store to purchase DEF fluid. As a Disabled Veteran on medication, I politely asked the tall, slim, older gentleman if I may use the restroom. Before I could finish my request, he rudely interrupted me and stated "No!" in a hostile tone.
When I moved to purchase my product, this same gentleman ignored me, walking away to the back, and continued to ignore me upon returning. A second employee eventually assisted me at the register. When I asked the second employee to use the restroom, he told me to "go use it at Subway."
I was treated with extreme disrespect, rudeness, and discrimination. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with dignity, particularly when requesting basic accommodation.
