  We went to get new windshield wipers at this AutoZone and had a pretty good experience. One of the people working here even helped us change the wipers on our car.

  Kyenard, the manager, provided outstanding customer service. He went above and beyond by helping me replace my battery quickly and efficiently. The entire team at this location was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. I can’t say enough positive things about this place—highly recommend.

  Weird kinda lazy old guy there. Refused to let me in store because of computer issues when I was only there to drop off oil. He said he could take my container if I didn’t need it back, but when I told him I did he then recommended me to the O’Reilly up the street. He had the gray shirt which I’m assuming he was some type of manager

  The store and merchandise was good. The customer service needs improvement and etiquette, staff was a little rude. Would have gone somewhere out but that was the closest to me in the event of being stuck on the side of the freeway.

  I usually like this auto zone. I went to counter and asked for a screw for license plate for my 2005 Corvette. He told me the isle but wouldn't help me locate the correct set. So I got the package with multiple sizes. I guess that was there way of making extra money that day.
