- BBBrandon5 days ago4.0This auto zone was a good experience for the most part. The staff was helpful in assisting me with a part that I was looking for as well as a funnel that had a mechanism to close and open that was stuck. Once the issue was fixed I purchased the funnel first then realized that I forgot to purchase the part I was originally going for and the second person that assisted me did not want to pull up my account through my phone number like the first attendant that actually asked me for the number so that the purchase was linked to my account. He said that you need to make a purchase of twenty dollars or more for it to save and earn points. I let it go and purchased the part and kept the receipt in a safe place just in case. I like having a back up in case I loose the receipt but I did not feel like arguing with the guy. I would return to this Autozone in the future but hopefully the staff is better trained to agree on a procedure.
- RORogelio OrtizFeb 14, 20261.0I came in to this auto zone i dont like going there the workers are out of tune with how to handle customers. I had to wait to ask for a part . Waited about 5 or 10 mins I lost count then they say get the ven# so I go get my insurance card i was only gone for 10 sec came back in and had to wait all over again stupid. My wife told me not to stop there but I thought there was a chance they had common sense works Nope . Never going there again. O'Reilly's or napa for now on my hole family too .
