  Terrible service short lady with big fluffy hair seems to care more about her phone then us customers , wash was terrible vacuums are also terrible , you call the number on the card and those people don’t care either overall this company is a money hungry company and the company owners really need to sit back and think about changes that need to been done .don’t recommend either Zips . Only thing good about this carwash is the towels

  Dont like the fact that they do not pre spray your vehicle before the wash. Nor do they spray the bugs off the front of your vehicle before items gets washed. In Texas, all the car washes I wave been to, do this for your. Pre spray on a really dirty vehicle helps prevent scratches. Also, the tire Shine doesnt seem to be working. I have noticed they have bungie cords on the tire shine mechanism. Maybe thats why it is not working? At any rate, Zips could do a better job for what you are paying. They have the pre wash sprayers right there when you first drive in. I believe the attendant is being to lazy to perform a pre spray of your vehicle. Them just guide you in, push a button and walk back in their office. This is lazy to me. Give great customer service and you will have loyal customers. I stopped may monthly washes because of the things mentioned above. No pre spray, and tire Shine machine doesnt seem to be working. When you pay extra for tire shine ✨️ you should receive tire shine application.

  Worst car wash I’ve ever been to! When I told them I wanted the basic wash they said there’s only 5% soap in it and that’s it. I went for the next one up of course. Pulled up to the vacuum cleaners, and there was hardly any suction. The baskets were all empty where the cleaner and the rags should be. There were random carts that you had to walk to to get cleaning product. Super negative experience.

  We were told that basic was just water...so purchased the basic+...could no believe how much soap was still ony car....never coming back to thos car wash...
