  Kudos to Jandaly & Jade. Upon our arrival they anticipated a delay of about 30 minutes as our rental was still in wash bay, but by the time we finished checking in the car was ready. Properly cleaned, comfortable, well-running vehicle (Nissan Altima). And the ladies are very courteous & friendly...bonus! (Definitely an improvement over our last experience in Feb, but I still would've given 4* then. There were a few snafus w the car, but the ladies were helpful along the way.)

  I had great service here, I was able to change my reservations as much as I wanted and even drop off my rental at a different location with no hassle. Jandaly the manager was super helpful and friendly, she went above and beyond in order to make sure that I was able to get either extend or change my rental of a Mitsubishi eclipse. I had my rental for multiple weeks due car issues but Jandaly helped me to get the car that I needed. Best customer service I have seen in town!

  I had to pick up a car from them because my car got wrecked Enterprise car oil light was on and they told us that they just change the oil they wanted the car back and then we got back down there they told us to keep it remind you that we live in Ruidoso and then my mom asked for an oil change took it somewhere to have it oil changed we waited 3 hours just for an oil change on the car that remind you we did it not them and then we drove it back still with an oil light on the dash but yes they change the oil we made sure of it and then a week later we got a notice a recall on the car so they gave us another one with the same issue oil light on the dash contacted them again they didn't seem to care they said it was just a sensor but we all know you stop ignoring stuff on a car it just gets worser or when you need that oil light on the on the dash then you won't have it because it's already telling you it needs oil in the car you take care of the problem before it becomes a bigger problem you guys don't need anymore information that's what happened asswhole and stop responding to we need more information that's what happened

  The lady behind the counter was very professional, courteous and helpful in getting me the rental truck. She was very patient with me as I constantly had to contact multiple auto insurance companies to get the proper paperwork in order. She was extremely patient and informative as I had never rented a car before this time. All credit for fast, professional courtesy is thanks to her. Thank you Enterprise!
