  SCAM ALERT. Do NOT get a membership with Zips, the only way to cancel it is to cancel your credit card. I canceled multiple times and they told me they canceled it, refunded me some money only to start charging me MORE the next month. This is a greedy, slimy corporation that is willing to steal from you.

  How do you take a fully functional subscription based car wash and create a toxic money grubbing experience for your customers? They did a first class job! No bathroom access. Close early. Block off entire front or back parking/vacuuming rows. Don't use a hand held pressure sprayer upon car wash engagement. Non functioning vacuum hoses. Obstructive cone placement at automated entrance. Plastic employees.

  This place use to be good but this last visit was a disappointment. They kept us waiting for 5 minutes and the whole time the attended never pretreated the front for bud removal. The guy who checked us in told us they would spray the front for bug removal. The sign for exiting is not working and the dryers left lots of water.

  Sat in line for 15 minutes, waiting on a worker to come out not a member to be told that they don’t accept cash. I did not know that in the United States businesses were allowed to not accept cash. But even if I did have a card, there wasn’t an apology for the way. I have no idea what was going on, but I literally sat for 15 minutes with a car in front of me in a car behind me. I couldn’t have left if I wanted to while they were inside chatting.

  Probably one of the worst car washes in town they just hire anyone it seems like , everyone always looks lost , it’s always dirty , BOTH zips need to just close up shop tbh, but this one is probably the worst of the 2 , The AM doesn’t even seem to know what he’s DOING .worst experience in my life
