    I drove up but got no service. Was just sitting there wondering what to do. A Mexican guy who didn’t speak English stood near by. I asked him for help but he just lifted his shoulders and said something in Spanish that I didn’t understand. Hard Pass

    Dom was fantastic! Provided an amazing experience by sharing not just what i needed, but explaining why I needed it amd the value it would bring my car. He took the time to ensure I fully understood everything along with making sure everything was perfect as I was heading on a long trip/drive. Hats off to you and the crew!

    Highly impressed with the service I received at the Alamogordo Valvoline. They saw a line before opening and started early which was not my expectation, but very nice. I saw my actual cabin filter, not some prop used to pressure me into buying a new one, and shocker- it was fine. Really appreciated the honesty. Isaac and Kody were polite and worked together like a well oiled machine. Sorry I had to use that. Haha. But it's still true. Pricing was fair. I've used other places in town, but this one will be my go to from here on out.
