I understand it’s against the policy but they had already told me on the phone it would be okay. Guess I can’t go back home to see my daughter and family for our christmas celebration tomorrow. If they wouldn’t have wasted my time I would’ve had to make other arrangements to be home tomorrow. Again I understand it’s against the policy but they had already told me a few times over the phone it would have been okay. I would’ve made other arrangements if told different.

You honestly couldn’t tell one was in training because they worked so smoothly together! They made the process easy and pleasant and their customer service really stood out.
