- FHfrank hillierApr 12, 20263.0Had to wait 3 hours to get my vehicle that I rented 3 months prior gave me a vehicle driving down the road. The back hatch came open our bags fell out. I went back to them, waited another hour to get another rental. Just a horrible experience

We were dropped off with our luggage right at our departure gate by staff because of poor weather which was a nice bonus.
