I got the car I requested (not an "upgrade" to an SUV), I got through on the telephone to a real human when I needed to, I got solid help from the lady I spoke to. Another rental agency in this airport provided awful service both in this airport and in YHZ, including inability to provide a car and refusal to refund. I stepped out the car rentals affiliated with the airlines and had an experience that was pleasant and professional.
