  Recently rented from Enterprise Topsail and I was impressed with their customer service. Everyone was so friendly and paid attention when I had concerns about the collision damage waiver. Would definitely rent here again!!

  We called to ask for a quote and were quite happy with it. We asked if the quote included everything (insurance, fees etc). They said yes. So we said yes to book it and drove right there. When we got there the quote was 50% higher. We asked about it and he said we must not have talked to someone there and probably talked to someone in the states so it was quoted wrong. (We later confirmed the phone number we called was this location. Found out later he could have easily looked to see who quoted us the price so we could have figured out what changed). At pickup we asked if we could return to the airport instead of this location and he assured us he would set that up. Go to return it and the airport had no communication about this. The person we dealt with at the airport was very helpful, figured it all out and apologized for the confusion. Very grateful the airport had better service!

  My wife and I were to start a cross canada road trip with a vehicle we got from this location. Our pick up time was 5:30pm which was their closing time as well. Since our plane landed later than anticipated, we were worried about not being able to pick up the car and leave on time as we had planned. We called and explained that we are running late and eased our worries by letting us know they will be there waiting as long as it takes. So we got there, picked up the car and hit the road. As soon as we left, we heard the car start making all kinds of noise. Front, back, both sides. The brakes were shot. Everything about that car made us feel nervous and this is what we were supposed to ride all the way back to Toronto. Near 5000 km according to our schedule. The following day we decided to not hit the road in it and go back to enterprise to express our concerns. Without hesitation the manager gave us a new, reliable vehicle and we were on our way in less than 15 minutes. We express our gratitude for their professionalism and willingness to provide excellent customer service. Awesome job guys. Highly recommend. Also, we made it home. Yay

  Very easy to deal with, would totally recommend Enterprise...you should offer coupons for next rental, might bring in more business.

  Huge THANK YOU, to Timothy Whey for his outstanding service ! If you ever go to St. John's, Newfoundland please contact Timothy. He is very friendly, accommodating, polite and respectful. He came to pick us up with the rental car from our location and drove us to the office to finish the paperwork. I never had such a great service! Thank you Timothy for the warm welcome in Newfoundland!
