We were informed that the car will be available at 8 am next morning.Three people ahead of us were provided cars and while we were waiting for a ride to the hotel we saw that two other people behind us were given cars as well. So it was clearly racial discrimination, since we were the only brown/ asian, and were denied a car. After a long conversation we were offered a smaller car than what we had booked. We refused to take the smaller car and unfortunately had to be firm with the lady to emphasize that it's not going to work. Eventually we were given a BMW X3. Not the best experience in a country like Canada. Hope enterprise can look into this seriously and make sure all customers are treated equally and respectfully.
