    I had a great experience renting a car for one day. The service was excellent from start to finish. They kindly picked me up and also dropped me back off, which made everything very convenient. The staff were friendly, professional, and the whole process was quick and smooth. I was very satisfied with the service and would definitely rent from them again. Highly recommended!

    I.went in to this location around 10 am requesting a vehicle on Friday 27th i ask for a pickup truck or a larger suv this was a gong show waiting all.day I received a call at four thirty saying they had a pickup truck and had a taillight out it needed to be fixed.And they were gonna call me back. After 5 pm.somebody else called me.and.said.they have suv pot, they were closed and I would have to make a reservation. And get it on Saturday. So I did a reservation. They phoned me Saturday and tell me they don't have the vehicle. I did the reservation for and I said I spoke to them after 5 PM. And they said I didn't confirm that I wanted a vehicle The guy behind the counter was taking my info on a sticky note. Very unprofessional, unorganized, and this level of service is honestly ridiculously a joke. I'm at a province waiting for a vehicle all day and they can't slice find one

    I think this place may have the best customer service I’ve ever had while renting a car. Back in May Jazz made my life super simple by calling in the morning to confirm my reservation and then dropping the car off at my hotel. Top notch!
