    Totally messed up my reservation. Wouldn't honor their mistakes. Expected me to fix it. Fixed it but they lost all record of the fix. Cost me extra $55 dollars for Lyft. Enterprise delivers on applies when they feel like it.

    I had a terrible experience. I was over charged and I had to go back to the rental center twice and I did not any satisfaction. I had to call corporate and they deeded to the branch from where I rented the car and still no satisfaction. I asked to speak to a supervisor but I was not allowed to speak to anyone other than the representative on the line . The cost of the rental was almost twice the amount it was supposed to be. I will never rent from Enterprise again. They have terrible service and their rates are higher than most other companies. I couldn’t even get a receipt for my rental since their printer wasn’t working. What kind of company has only one printer that doesn’t work.

    Was in an accident, so my insurance company provided me with a rental with Enterprise. Shaq was really friendly with great customer service at pickup and drop off.

    I had a confirmed reservation for a luxury SUV that was made two weeks in advance. Upon arriving at the Bordentown location, the associate informed me that my reservation allegedly had no contact information attached to it. This is simply not accurate, as I personally made the reservation and possess the confirmation email clearly listing my name, phone number, and the company I represent. I was then told that there were no vehicles available in the class I had reserved. Instead, I was offered a significantly smaller SUV that, according to the associate, would still accommodate my passengers and luggage. After the vehicle was brought around and I inspected it, it was obvious that it would not fit the number of passengers and cargo required for our trip. The associate then stated that there were no appropriately sized vehicles anywhere in Mercer County but claimed she had contacted Trenton–Mercer Airport to secure a passenger van. I was told I could either take the smaller SUV and later exchange it for the passenger van at the airport, take an Uber she would arrange to the airport to complete the swap, or wait two to three hours until someone might be available to assist with the vehicle exchange. Because the situation already seemed questionable, I arranged my own ride to the airport rather than rely on their Uber offer. Upon arrival at the airport location, the associate there informed me that I was expected to bring the smaller SUV for the exchange and that they do not even carry passenger vans at that location. At that point it became clear that the information provided earlier was completely inaccurate. Had I relied on the original associate’s plan to send me by Uber, I likely would have been stranded. After multiple attempts to call the first location—which went unanswered despite the phone ringing continuously while I was there—I contacted corporate. They advised that the issue would be escalated, but because I am scheduled to depart very early in the morning and the local Enterprise does not open until 7:30 a.m., there was still no guarantee the situation could be resolved in time. As a result, I am now left with an upcoming trip to Harrisburg without a vehicle capable of transporting my passengers and cargo. Unfortunately, this is not my first negative experience with this particular location. Last year I was provided a vehicle that was filthy both inside and out and was made to wait approximately 30 minutes before the car was even brought around. The consistent lack of professionalism, organization, and honesty at this location makes it an extremely frustrating place to do business. Experiences like this make it clear why Enterprise has become the least-preferred vendor for my company.
