  I walked into Mavis because of an embedded nail in my rear driver side tire. Nezar was finishing friendly business with a customer then helped me out with great service and the situation got resolved. Thank you.

  Came to the Mavis in wykoff for two tires and Edwin the manager showed me my rear brakes, and I didn’t even notice how low my brake pads were. They gave me a great price and provided great service! Thank you.

  Edwin, I just want to say thank you for the service you provided for my daughter, thank you so much for being honest and explaining the recommendations on the vehicle.   They were absolutely outstanding, I had gone in to get my tire valve fixed they explained the options I had and unlike the Mavis in Fairlawn I went to and paid a few months ago they actually did the repairs!! 10/10. The staff was more than accommodating and the Manager was a breathe of fresh air. There are honest people in the world. Professional, Clean, fast and most of all efficient. My go to local spot from now on

  Two days ago, my mother visited this establishment for a routine oil change. Yesterday, we returned to get new tires on my car and she offered to drive me home until the car was ready. To her astonishment, her car began emitting a strong odor of smoke. The technicians at Mavis were unable to identify the source of the issue, telling us to seek assistance from a local mechanic down the street. When contacting corporate, we informed them of the situation. They wanted to collect our car for an independent examination. We declined their offer. Then the mechanic contacted us to inform us that the technician responsible for the oil change “Mavis,” had spilled an excessive amount of oil, resulting in engine damage. This morning, we retrieved our car, only to discover that one of the technicians from Mavis “the young looking one” actually had the audacity to go to the auto body shop our car was at and attempted to take it WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION after we had told them specifically yesterday we didn’t want them taking it since they already damaged it. He even identified himself as “corporate”, and while talking to corporate they said they were never there since they’re located upstate NY. Mind-blowing. On top of that when I had the tires done, the tire pressure light was on, so I assumed that they just didn’t recalibrate it so when the technician came to recalibrate it, he realized that the technician never even put air in the new tires, which is crazy because I was driving around with it in the beginning. They took zero accountability and were just blaming other technicians. The best part was that the manager actually had the nerve to ask us to write a good review mentioning his name saying that corporate was pressuring them for good reviews. Will never go here again. Should’ve listened to the many negative reviews I’ve heard from people. I’d also like to add that I would never have gotten tires if I’d known prior about the engine damage. They were ordered the day of the oil change. We are currently trying to come to a resolution with corporate even though the car STILL SMELLS like burning oil. Hoping they do the right thing.
