- DEDominick enzanaDec 13, 20251.0I was there on 12/13/25 to get a key fob battery Catherine white lady with glasses and mike or Michael Spanish Bald guy was both rude told me that can’t look anything up as I said the other atuozone can and help me out and Mike or Michael said then go there I said I will he said good. Bye. Both didn’t even try to help me and both couldn’t care less. Then went on the app found it myself. They both should not be in customer service if they’re not willing to help people or want to try and help. They can leave there attitude at the door would also be nice. They act like young kids that don’t want to work.

- PPPBAug 31, 20251.0Its nice to have the store in Wrightstown close for the military. But first impressions say a lot. Need to keep landscaping up i.e. grass cut and weeds out of flower bed. And why plant the nice evergreen trees and let them die? All freshly planted trees need water especially with the hot July we had. The first month the exterior looked immaculate brought class and beauty but very quickly it changed to looking ghetto. Please get it together Auto zone and hire a qualified consistent landscaper. Help give Wrightstown a nice look. The town doesn't have much going for it and we not only need more businesses here but want nice looking businesses. Thank you
- LBLisa Marie Brunner-HackerAug 4, 20255.0I had run around to three different stores (Ace hardware & small engine repair stores) trying to find a washer for my Ryobi Power Washer and Ralph was the only person to take the time to look at the bolt and washer, tell me exactly what is was (banjo bolt) and even helped me find one online since the store didn't carry them. He went above and beyond to help me out and Auto Zone of Wrightstown will have a customer for life now!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
