  Mike at the Woodbury / Deptford Huntsville road location will take good care of you I have a Lyft rental vehicle that they service. It seems like every couple weeks and they will keep your car running properly even if you don’t know why you’re experiencing issues. This is the five star location You will have to call to make a reservation. This is a busy location.

  Very disappointing experience at Goodyear. The mechanic, Mike, was rude, sarcastic, and spoke to me in a condescending way in front of other customers. He kept mentioning his “30 years of experience,” but his attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful. I did not feel comfortable leaving my car there and had to call CarMax instead decided to take my business elsewhere. After reading other reviews, it’s concerning how many people have complained about this same person. I will not be returning.

  I had a pleasant experience with this Goodyear location. This was my second visit in 6 years and Mike was very friendly, professional, and informative. I dropped my car off at 8:30 in the morning and was picking it up by 11:00. I'm completely satisfied with the service I received.

  I had a 3AM blowout on 295. I ordered a replacement tire online before business hours and made a 9AM appointment. Not only did Goodyear have the tire I needed, they had me out the door by 9:30AM. Great job by Mike and his team!

  I came across this place when I picked up a screw in my tire about 8 months ago. I drove about 1/2 mile as the tire was deflating. When I arrived you could see that the sidewalls had been riding on the rims. The sales person informed me that I probably destroyed the sidewall. I know from experience this is what happens when you drive on a flat tire. As far as I was concerned this was a sure thing to replace the tire. Once they took the tire off the rim they noticed no damage to the sidewall. So instead of selling me a new tire at $300.00 it cost me about $50.00 for a tire repair including all the labor to remove & reinstall the tire on my truck. Honest place to deal with. I just had all 4 tires replaced & a front end alignment here. Great job, good price. Thank You guys for another good experience.
