  I’ve been here on 2 separate occasions, the work eventually got done but I don’t like the wait times. The first time I made an appointment for 10 am slot and I said I would be staying in the lobby for one of their pinpoint inspections of my new car. I waited at that shop for 8 hours on a Saturday and then they asked me if I wanted any work done to the vehicle for tires and brakes which they weren’t going to take care of that day. I took the print out of the inspection and left and did not return for their services. The next occasion about a year and a half later, I bought tires from tire rack .com to be installed and I made an appointment 3 days prior for four tires (nothing else like an alignment or oil change to be done) so I knew the work would be completed timely. When dropping my car the night before for an 8:30am appointment the next day, they said there was no appointment in the system. I showed my email confirmation of the appointment and the shop front desk team member said they have a call center take their calls and they are constantly deleting appointments in the system. If this is the case, a call to confirm my appointment would have been appreciated before deleting my time slot and wasting my whole day. I get there is run over of vehicles from the prior day that need work too but to only have tires put on a car and not have my appointment honored is a shame. My pickup time was around 3:30 pm the next day. I will say that the tires were put on correctly as of this moment and the price for install was cheaper than the surrounding independent shops that work with tire rack. Due to both occasions and the interactions from the shop, I unfortunately wouldn’t feel comfortable bringing my car back in the future no matter the price or discount they could provide me on work for my vehicle. If there is absolutely no rush on getting your car serviced then you should use this shop. But from my experience, there are other shops that have more services, better customer communication, and are priced the same or better just about 10 mins away in deptford. I won’t be returning.

  I recently scheduled an online appointment for a tire repair after discovering a nail in my tire. The system showed the appointment as “available,” so I proceeded with booking it. Shortly afterward, Frank called to inform me they were unable to accommodate the appointment. This was approximately 1.5 hours before closing. I respectfully asked if he could please help with a simple patch in the meantime, as I needed my vehicle and was concerned about driving on a damaged tire. My family and I have been loyal customers of this Mr. Tire location for years and have never had issues before. Unfortunately, this experience — particularly the lack of willingness to assist with what I believe was a quick repair — was very disappointing. As a result, Frank has lost not only my business, but also my family’s business going forward. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as we have valued this location in the past.

  As I was driving a sensor light came up. I panicked and carefully drove to Mr Tire. A staff welcomed me and explained what might happened but stated it needs to be confirmed by scanning . Short time later the problem was confirmed, service authorized, completed and car repaired. The staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you

  Went in to schedule an oil change, and concern about a tire losing air. I didn't mind waiting for everything to be done on the same day but asked for safety reasons to just check the tire. They did and found a piece of plastic stuck in the tire on the side under the truck. They ordered me a new tire and installed it later that day. Thanks for keeping me safe on the road.

  This shop is the real deal. They were upfront about the cost, didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need, and had my car running like new. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an honest mechanic
