  Mavis Discount Tire Company in Deptford NJ off Almonesson Road, has an Amazing Staff, with Excellent Customer service. The staff is kind, friendly, courteous and professional. They explain the importance of the service and takes responsibility in meeting the customer's need.

  I recently visited for a tire replacement, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. They patiently answered all my questions and helped me choose the best tires for my car and budget. The installation process was quick and efficient, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. What I appreciated most was their honesty and transparency – they didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need, and they clearly explained all the costs upfront. Overall, my experience at this location is exceptional. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of tire services. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable!

  Was down in the area recently for business and go figure 2 flat tires, pulled into Mavis and instantly got help. Everyone was very respectful, honestly felt like family. In and out quickly, with an amazing price. Just wish I lived in the area so I can get more work done for my other vehicles. But 10 out of 10 would recommend this shop for anything you need done!!!

  After having previous issues with other companies I was referred to Mavis for tires only boy oh boy am I glad that I went. When I arrive management was very nice and greeting and assured it would be a quick service. Normally I would go to the dealership however after a brief conversation I felt comfortable enough to allow them to do the basic diagnostic on my vehicle and when it came back it was something that could potentially turn out to be major needed to be replaced. Honestly my main concern was whether or not it was going to be expensive. However, Matt and David explained that it was cost efficient... Needless to say I had a great experience and I will be back for all my car needs. Thank you David and Matt 🎉

  Horrible! Stay away from this shop!!!!!!! Chose Mavis because of a previous experience getting tires for another vehicle in the household. This time was an absolutely terrible experience. First appointment they didn't have the tires I ordered, but took my truck apart anyway. Didn't say anything until I had waited for an hour and a half, tried to sell me different tires than what I wanted, then had to put my truck back together. Huge waste of 2+ hours. Second time I dropped it off so I didn't get stuck waiting, they installed the tires and did an alignment, but now the truck vibrates like crazy. 2 additional attempts to rebalance the tires and it still vibrates. With drops offs and pick ups, I've made 7 round trips to their shop now, and my truck still isn't right. After multiple calls and emails finally got in contact with a regional manager who basically told me "tough, take it somewhere else". They did refund "some" money, but nowhere near enough for the time and effort wasted. If I could give negative stars I absolutely would. Avoid Mavis at all costs. I would happily have paid more somewhere else to avoid this. Adding more to this review. I had another shop try to balance the tires, they told me the tires are defective. After several calls to customer service I got the regional manager from Mavis to call back. Eventually got him to warranty the tires. They installed the new ones and they are good. The manager also asked me to change my original review. I changed it by adding more info. Bottom line—— I had a horrible experience and would never recommend this place.
