  Main appointment night before I thought I was talking to the store manager here I was talking to a call center not once but twice the second time I called I recorded again and they said I was calling deptford New Jersey Mavis discount tire here I call back the third time and ask the man directly is this Stafford he said yes I said no it’s not. This is the call center. He said yes, sir. This is the call center Very deceitful while I was in the lobby. Two people came in and said they’re tired or balancing was off that their car was vibrating extensively then a second person came in and said the same thing they took it to the room mechanic and said that the balancing was off red flags I walked out. Also I was a local businessman and told them that I needed the appointment done ASAP at the time slot that they provided and that there would be an hour and a half wait again another red flag.

  I had a giant bolt stuck in my tire after driving on 42, and called Mavis Tire in a panic! Matt could not have been nicer, got my car right in to take care of it for me! The best customer service I’ve ever experienced in the automotive industry:) I will for sure be back for any future tire needs!

  I had Chad work on my car! He was very caring and honest. He took time to explain things that I was concerned with. There were things other mechanics said I needed done and that wasn’t the truth. He walked me thru every step of the process and am so happy with the service ! Chad thank you again!! I’ll be back soon!

  Made an appointment today for 5pm. Due to rush hour traffic. I arrived at 5:10 pm roughly. I was told after already having an appointment that was going to reschedule because they had some walk ins. I understand I was a few minutes late, but in what world does that call for a reschedule to people who don't even have appointments? I didn't receive a call to explain that my appointment was being pushed aside for walk ins, it would have allowed me to stop while I was ahead. For someone who works in customer service, it would have been nice to have a phone call saying my appointment was all of a sudden "invalid" because of some walk ins .

  Ahhh, gather ye round, good folk of the realm—**pull up a stool**, raise thy flagons high, and lend thine ears to a tale most wondrous, most woeful... and, aye, most full of *L O V E*! 🎻🔥 --- **🎤 "Hark! Let me regale thee with the saga of a noble steed—nay, a car!—and the brave souls who dared defy fate upon a Summer’s Day!"** It began, as many a ballad does, on a morn of golden sun and sapphire skies. A fair maiden and I, hearts light and spirits high, embarked upon a jaunt to yonder beach—our eyes set upon waves and wonder. But lo! The gods of travel, in their mirthless jest, did strike! For as we did arrive in that quaint coastal hamlet, I—aye, fool that I was—did smite the curb with mine own wheel, shattering it asunder! 🛞 *Twas rent in twain*, and the very breath of it hissed away like a dying wyrm. “Worry not,” quoth I—yet alas! No spare tire had I. Nay, not a crumb of rubber hope. And so we did wait... and wait... and *wait*! In a chariot of sweltering heat, tears did fall, tempers flared, and oaths were sworn beneath the sun’s cruel gaze. 🌞 Hours hence, a chariot of towing did arrive, drawn not by oxen but by diesel-fed magic. We were borne unto a shop most foul—**a den of tire trickery**, whose name I shall not utter, for fear of summoning their cursed spirits! **"Why forsaken?" thou askest? Sit, child, and know the truth!** For after a weary wait and coin exchanged, they did bestow upon me a tire. “Go forth,” said they. “The road awaits!” But *treachery!* For ere we returned to our keep, the vile wheel did wobble and falter, cursed by poor craft and ill intent. But fortune—aye, sweet fortune—smiled upon us the next morn. 🌤️ Enter: **Chad Kuenny** of the fabled realm of Woodbury! A knight of rubber and righteousness! I, battered and distrustful, did ride unto his shop with guarded heart. Yet Chad, clad in the armor of professionalism and bearing the tools of truth, did greet me not with guile but with honor. He **examined the foul tire**, spotted the wound with eagle’s gaze, and—without hesitation—**banished it** from the realm with a mighty toss! ⚔️ “Be gone, cursed wheel!” he cried. And lo, he replaced it with a tire of true heart and noble tread. Thanks to the boon of warranty and the mercy of Chad the Just, I paid only for labor, and not for the wheel itself.
