  When I came here to get a quick tire service, the person at the front desk Mike was very nasty to me & spoke to me in a very condescending tone. I heard him speak to another customer over the phone with a much more pleasant tone but continued to act as if i was disturbing him wih every question I had. He’s miserable!! Will not be coming here again!

  Got serviced by Mike. He is extremely rude and passive aggressive. He was making a show of not wanting to service me, throwing his hands in the air and just exhibiting rude body language and speaking to me as if I’m dumb. This is not someone that should be a manager. I was so affected by this horrible experience I had to leave a review. He needs to take a customer service course or find a job he enjoys. Don’t make others miserable because your life is miserable.

  My daughter had a tire go low on air and she drives up and down the NJ turnpike for work. she was able to make it to the shop at 4:45pm, they close at 5pm, but Mike and his team did an amazing job to fix the tire and even worked later than the closing time to help make sure she is safe. I cannot thank Mike and his team enough for helping make sure my daughter is safe to drive for work from the repair they performed. 5 stars for sure

  Everyone here is great, especially Mike at the front. Every time I need help I can always count on them. I recently had a tire issue and called them to let them know I’d be able to get there maybe 15 minutes before they close. They were ready for me as soon as I got there and worked to fix it! No matter what I come for, theyre always so quick to help and get me answers. You won’t find better or more caring workers.

  I happened upon this location initially for just an oil change, and I am so grateful I did. This location is excellent for maintenance, repairs and customer service. Front desk rep, Mike, is always professional & courteous, takes the time to explain invoices, and has worked to fit me into the schedule when I had a pressing issues in need of repairs. Service techs, especially Jeff, go above and beyond to explain issues, keep me up to date on timeline for repairs, and genuinely care about completing the repairs with precision & accuracy. They’ve also gone above & beyond to offer me rides when my vehicle needs to stay for longer repairs. I leave each experience with the staff here truly grateful to have found such dedicated and caring gentlemen that have helped me numerous times with repair and maintenance on my Volvo. Top notch service & I absolutely recommend them!
