    I came across this place when I picked up a screw in my tire about 8 months ago. I drove about 1/2 mile as the tire was deflating. When I arrived you could see that the sidewalls had been riding on the rims. The sales person informed me that I probably destroyed the sidewall. I know from experience this is what happens when you drive on a flat tire. As far as I was concerned this was a sure thing to replace the tire. Once they took the tire off the rim they noticed no damage to the sidewall. So instead of selling me a new tire at $300.00 it cost me about $50.00 for a tire repair including all the labor to remove & reinstall the tire on my truck. Honest place to deal with. I just had all 4 tires replaced & a front end alignment here. Great job, good price. Thank You guys for another good experience.

    This weasel of a person told me it would take an hour for someone to check my air pressure. I literally walked and was greeted by him staring at his computer on Saturday 12/20/2025 with a garbage attitude. My career is in this industry and if I was the GM or DM I would absolutely retrain this weasel of an individual on how customer service works. As I left in outrage but yet holding my composure a customer walking out after me told me how much of a nightmare it is working with that person. I went across the street to valvoline and got someone to let me use the air pressure right away because I filled them in on the story and told them my experience in this industry. I can’t believe he couldn’t even get off the computer and stop writing up a tire rotation to just check my tires himself, lazy.

    I visited the service center through CarMax, where an appointment had been scheduled for an oil change, replacement of a tire sensor, and a new headlight. Prior to my visit, Goodyear contacted me to confirm the appointment, but informed me of a revised start time of 8:30, differing from the original 8 o'clock time scheduled via CarMax. During the confirmation call, I was asked to describe the issues with my vehicle, which I detailed as needing an oil change, a driver's side headlight replacement, and a tire sensor replacement. Despite being at the service center for over three hours, only the tire sensor was replaced. The oil change was not performed, nor was the headlight issue addressed. Following my visit, I contacted Goodyear to express my dissatisfaction, only to be made aware that the additional services weren't in their system and that they were too busy to accommodate me that week, suggesting I return the following week. Declining their proposal, I contacted CarMax, where, notably, the complete list of required services was documented in their system. Given the inconvenience and dissatisfaction, I intend to take my business elsewhere and have expressed my disappointment to CarMax. Furthermore, I find the labor charge of $166, coupled with the cost of the tire sensor, to be excessive considering the incomplete work.

    Received both knowledgeable and courteous service. The salesman understood the products and service Goodyear was able to provide. I went on a Tuesday I received Prompt and good service. I would use this store again.

    Got serviced by Mike. He is extremely rude and passive aggressive. He was making a show of not wanting to service me, throwing his hands in the air and just exhibiting rude body language and speaking to me as if I’m dumb. This is not someone that should be a manager. I was so affected by this horrible experience I had to leave a review. He needs to take a customer service course or find a job he enjoys. Don’t make others miserable because your life is miserable.
